Jack E. Smith, III

President, Facilitek Services

As Managing Director of FACILITEK SERVICES, Jack E. Smith is responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading the company’s growth in the rapidly expanding Information Technology market.

Jack began his career in IT services in the mid 90’s with Aerotek Data Services. As Aerotek grew this business and added new services they spun off to a subsidiary named TEKsystems and Jack moved over to help grow this division. He became Director of Business operations for various markets including Oklahoma, Arkansas, as well as the Dallas, TX market. During his tenure he drove sales at an average of 80% year over year. In 2004 Jack was offered the opportunity to run Sales for Glasshouse Technologies a fast growing start-up consulting firm specializing in Strategic Infrastructure Consulting. As the top producing Sales Director in the history of Glasshouse, Jack helped grow their market share as well as build their brand to be viewed as the thought leaders in process and policy consulting for IT. Jack has been in the IT services industry for over 11 years and has built a reputation for growing markets and people. He attended Oklahoma State University. He has a wife, Mandi Smith, and has 3 children. They relocated to Houston in 2005.
